Stir Fry Seasoning

  • Ingredients:
    spices (paprika), dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic), sesame seed, corn starch, brown sugar.

  • All you need:
    - Stir Fry Seasoning
    - 454g (1 lb) chicken (or protein of your choice)
    - 378g (4 cups) fresh vegetables of your choice
    - 125 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth
    - 15ml (1 tbsp) soy sauce

    All you do:
    In a wok, heat some vegetable oil on medium-high heat. Stir fry chicken (or other protein) until almost fully cooked. Add vegetables and continue cooking for a few minutes until chicken is cooked through. Stir in seasoning, broth and soy sauce, simmer for 5 minutes. Serve on rice noodles or rice of your choice. Makes 4-6 servings.
